今年の２月に転職をして基本的には在宅勤務が可能になった。そもそもオフィスに在籍する人数の半分程度しか座席が用意されていないらしい。とはいえ、たまに出社するとガラガラというほどでもない。部署によって、あるいは役職によってはある程度出社しなければならないのだろう。かわいそうに。
在宅勤務で通勤時間がゼロなことに加えて残業がほとんどなくなったおかげで、前職と比較して一日に占める可処分時間が飛躍的に増えた。そしてその増えた可処分時間は子どもたちとのコミュニケーションと睡眠時間に割り当てられている。つまり生活の幸福度が大きく改善した。
今後は学習する時間枠も確保していきたいと思っているが、転職前の数年間の働き方のせいで狂った何かを調整する必要があるので、もうしばらくのんびり過ごしてからにしようと思っている。
